Automation · Software · Marketing

The work that repeats itself
shouldn't be your job.

We build the tools that take the hours your business loses to answering, logging, quoting, and following up. Software built around how you work, not templates you have to bend yourself into.

We reply on WhatsApp the same day. No twelve-field forms.

Why we exist

Your business didn't stall for lack of ideas

It stalled because the same five tasks eat the day. And hiring someone else to do them just moves the problem somewhere else.

  • 01

Repetitive work takes your best person

The person who knows your business best is copying data from an email into a spreadsheet. That's the real cost, and it shows up on no income statement.

  • 02

Your tools don't talk to each other

WhatsApp on one side, the calendar on another, the spreadsheet on another, invoicing on another. Someone has to be the bridge, and that someone is you.

  • 03

Off-the-shelf software doesn't bend to you

You buy a system and end up changing how you work to fit it. Then you pay monthly for features you'll never use.

  • 04

And the website has looked the same for three years

Nobody arrives through it, nobody writes in from it, and nobody knows if it's working, because it was never measured.

01Custom automation

Let the process run itself

We take a task someone does by hand today, study it carefully, and turn it into something that happens without anyone pushing it.

We don't sell you a platform to learn. We build the piece you're missing and connect it to what you already use: WhatsApp, your email, your spreadsheets, your invoicing system, your calendar.

  • Start with the most expensive task

The first call is about finding where your hours actually go. Sometimes the answer is a two-day automation, not a three-month project.

  • Connects to what you already have

Nothing to migrate, no system to switch. The automation lives between your current tools and makes them work together.

  • Tells you when something breaks

An automated process that fails silently is worse than not having one. Everything we deliver speaks up when something didn't go through.

Today · someone does it by hand

  • A message comes in
  • It's read and understood
  • Whatever's needed gets done
  • It gets recorded

After · it runs on its own

  1. A message comes inWhatsApp, email, or a form
  2. It's read and understoodWho it's from and what they're asking
  3. Whatever's needed gets doneBook it, quote it, log it, notify
  4. It gets recordedIn your sheet, your calendar, your system
02Websites

A site that brings in clients, not just a pretty one

We design and build the whole site: copy, design, code, and launch. Genuinely fast, looks right on mobile, and every button is tracked.

No drag-and-drop builder that takes eight seconds to load. Every site is hand-coded on the same foundation we used to build this one, and ships with conversion tracking already working on day one.

  • We write the copy, not just the design

80% of whether a site converts comes down to what it says and in what order. That work is included, not an extra.

  • Loads in under two seconds

A slow site loses half the people who open it on mobile data. We measure real-world load time, not a lab score.

  • You know what's working

Every button that leads to WhatsApp or a call is tagged. By month's end you can see which section your clients came from.

03NegocIA · our own product

Ada answers your WhatsApp and books appointments

It's our WhatsApp agent. She answers your clients, books their appointments on the calendar, reschedules when needed, and follows up. Even at eleven at night and on Sundays.

And it works both ways: your clients message her to request an appointment, and your team messages her to get something done. It's the same WhatsApp and the same Ada — the only thing that changes is who's on the other end.

  • No dashboard to learn

Your team manages her by messaging her, just like anyone else on the team. Blocking off an afternoon is one message.

  • Checks a real calendar

She doesn't send a "we'll get back to you" message. She books the slot, confirms it, and lets the client know.

  • Ready the same day

The conversation you have with her to check her out is, in itself, the product demo.

A client asks at 11:38 at night

Get found, and be able to prove it

We work the side that's measurable: showing up on Google when someone searches for what you sell, ads that don't burn budget, and content that answers what people are actually asking.

Every month you get a plain-language business report: how much was spent, how many people wrote in, and what each one cost. No decorative charts, no jargon nobody understands.

  • SEO that starts with the technical basics

First we fix what's keeping Google from seeing you. Then we write. Doing it backwards means spending money on content nobody's going to find.

  • Ads audited, not set and forgotten

We review wasted spend, ad quality, and conversion tracking before proposing you raise a single dollar of budget.

  • One number that actually matters

How much a new client costs you. Everything else is context.

One month, start to finish

Example figures

  1. They search you on Google1200
  2. They land on the site340
  3. They message on WhatsApp48
  4. They become clients19

The monthly report is this table, with your numbers. From there comes the one figure that decides everything: how much each new client cost you.

How we work

Four steps, no surprises halfway through

The same path for everything we build. You know what's next, what it costs, and when you'll have it, before we even start.

  1. 0130 minutes

    Call

Thirty minutes. You tell us what's costing you time or money. If we're not the right fit, we say so right there.

  2. 022 to 3 days

    Proposal with a closed price

What gets built, what doesn't, how much development costs, and how much the monthly fee is. One document, no fine print.

  3. 031 to 4 weeks

    Building it

You see real progress, not progress reports. Course corrections happen while it's being built, which is when they're cheap.

  4. 04Ongoing

    Launch and support

It goes live, gets measured, and gets tuned. The monthly fee covers hosting, email, changes, and someone answering when something breaks.

How it's billed

One payment to build it. One monthly to keep it alive.

No hidden costs, no support surcharges. Every project's price comes out of the first call, because quoting without understanding the problem is guessing.

Once development is paid off, the code is yours. If you ever decide to leave, we hand it over.

  • One-time development payment

Covers design, copy, coding, and launch. Paid once.

    • Design and copy included
    • Custom-built, not templated
    • Launch and go-live
    • Tracking set up from day one
  • Monthly fee

Covers keeping the site live, your domain email, monthly changes, and support when something breaks.

    • Managed hosting and domain
    • Email with your domain
    • Monthly changes and tweaks
    • Someone answers when something breaks

FAQ

What we almost always get asked

  • How much does it cost?

It depends on what gets built, which is why we don't publish a price list — quoting without understanding the problem is guessing. What is fixed is the structure: one payment for development, one monthly fee to keep it running. After a thirty-minute call you have a closed number in writing.

  • How long does it take?

A specific automation can be running within days. A full site with copy and tracking takes one to four weeks, depending on how many sections it has and how fast copy gets approved. The proposal comes with a date, not a vague range.

  • Do you work with small businesses?

That's who we build for. Clinics, workshops, law firms, spas, schools, distributors. If your business lives on people writing in or searching for you, this fits. Bigger companies too, but the system is built so a ten-person business can afford it.

  • I already have a site. Is it worth anything?

Sometimes. We start by reviewing it — speed, whether Google can see it, whether the copy says what it should. If the problem is copy and tracking, it gets fixed without rebuilding anything. If it's built on a page builder that takes eight seconds to load, rebuilding it is cheaper than fighting it.

  • What if I don't know what to automate?

That's what the first call is for. Most owners know exactly what eats their day; what they don't have is someone to translate that into something buildable. You'll leave with a prioritized list, even if you don't hire us.

  • Who keeps the code and the access?

You do. The domain is registered in your name and the code is handed over once development is paid off. We don't work with clients locked in by not holding their own keys.

  • Where are you based?

In Mexico, and we work in Spanish and English. Everything is handled over WhatsApp and video calls, so location doesn't limit anything — we've worked with clients abroad without any issue.
